CARD CARE AND UPGRADE OPTIONS:

Existing Customers:

If you have purchased a standard EngravenCard, you have the opportunity to upgrade to our new Tap II Pay card. There are two different upgrade options based on whether you have purchased Card Care or not:

CUSTOMERS WITH CARD CARE:

• Upgrade Fee: $65
• Details: This upgrade does not use one of your Card Care claims. You can get a Tap II Pay card for a single $65 upgrade fee because Tap II Pay is a new technology with different costs associated with it.
• Replacement Fee: New Card Care claims on Tap II Pay cards are subject to a $45 shipping and handling fee, while standard EngravenCard replacements remain at $25.

CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CARD CARE:

• Upgrade Fee: $105
• Details: If you did not purchase Card Care, you can still upgrade to a Tap II Pay card. The upgrade fee is $105, which offers significant savings compared to the standard retail cost of $169.

Note: These upgrade options are designed to provide our loyal customers with access to the latest Tap II Pay technology while acknowledging the different costs associated with the new product.

Our new "TAP II PAY" cards, while maintaining the same sleek design and durability, they're slightly lighter due to the technology required for tap-to-pay functionality. This enhancement ensures a seamless and convenient payment experience for our customers.

"Tap-to-pay", also known as contactless payment or PayWave, is a convenient way to make transactions using a payment card or mobile device without physically inserting or swiping the card. Instead, you simply tap your card or device on a contactless-enabled payment terminal to complete your transaction securely and swiftly.

To use tap-to-pay or contactless payment with your new metal card, look for the contactless symbol on the payment terminal. When prompted, simply hold your card near the terminal until you see a confirmation of your transaction. It's fast, easy, and secure.
