No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & D.C., eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. Entry Period

Begins 12:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) on [AUGUST 3, 2025] and ends 11:59 PM MT on August 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

5. How to Enter

a. Premier Pass Purchase – Add Premier Pass membership to your cart and complete checkout during the Promotion Period (one entry per active membership).
b. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone, and email on a postcard and mail to: ENGRAVENCARD 9440 W Fairview Avem Boise Idaho 83709. Postcard must be post-marked by August 31, 2025 and received by September 2, 2025. One postcard entry per person.

Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

One (1) winner will receive Premier Pass membership free for life (Sponsor’s waiver of the $25 monthly fee). “Cards for life” means the winner retains all Premier Pass benefits (including annual free EngravenCard) for as long as Sponsor continues to offer its custom metal credit & debit card service under U.S. Patent No. 12,045,679. If the service is discontinued, prize obligation ends.

* Calculate ARV as: $25 × 12 months × [10 years] discounted at 100%.

7. Winner Selection / Odds

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about September 2, 2025 from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible purchase and postcard entries received.

8. Notification / Verification

Potential winner will be notified by email and/or SMS within forty-eight (48) hours of drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising and publicity without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters. Proof of sending an entry is not proof of receipt.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation or prize use.

13. Disputes / Governing Law

Sweepstakes governed by Idaho law. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.

14. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

15. Winner List

For the winner’s name, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, Attn: “Golden Ticket Winner List,” after September 15, 2025 and before October 31, 2025.
