Before you order
What are the cards made of?
0.5mm stainless steel with a matte black finish, cut to standard credit-card size (3.375" × 2.125"). Real metal, not coated plastic — you feel the difference the moment you pick one up.
Is there a minimum order?
25 cards. Quantity tiers run up to 1,000, and the per-card price drops as you go up — from $7.52 each at 25 down to $2.73 each at 1,000.
What's included in the price?
Your design on the front and back, silver laser engraving and surface etching, one screen-printed color, and one cut-through design from our template set. Additional print colors may carry an extra cost.
What can I customize?
Pick a layout, choose a font, type in your details, upload your logo, and position everything on a live preview of your card. Both sides are customizable, and you see exactly what you're getting before you order.
Can you design the card for me?
Yes. Choose We Design It when you order, then send your logo, a reference, or just a direction. We prepare your artwork and send a proof to review before anything goes into production.
What file types should I send for my logo?
Vector artwork gives the cleanest result — AI or SVG are ideal, because they keep every line sharp on metal. No vector files? Upload the highest-resolution PNG or JPG you have and we'll take a look; in most cases we can work with it.
How thick are the cards? Will one fit in a wallet?
0.5mm is standard, and it's the same footprint as a credit card, so it sits in a wallet without bulk. We can make 0.8mm on request — it isn't an option in the designer, so reach out before you order.
What if I don't like the proof?
We revise it with you until it's right. Nothing is engraved until you approve your design.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout, and costs vary by destination. Every order is engraved and ships from Boise, Idaho.
