All cards are delivered to our secure PO box in Boise, Idaho, then handled only by our authorized staff in a monitored, restricted area (no phones or cameras allowed). You can also send a zero-balance, frozen, or inactive card for added peace of mind.
We never ask for sensitive details like PINs or Social Security numbers, and all data is securely deleted after processing. Our facility is protected 24/7, and we're a federally recognized corporation operating under U.S. Patent No. 12,045,679 B2.
Your card, and your trust, are safe with Engraven Card.
Typical total turnaround is 5–6 business days. We provide a shipping label (approximately 2 days to reach our facility). After receipt, orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours and shipped back via FedEx Express.
We do not operate on weekends. Cards arriving after 9:00 AM MST on Friday are collected and processed on Monday.
Shipping options include Overnight, Economy, and Priority.
