Your security is the whole design of our process. Cards are delivered to our secure facility in Boise, Idaho and handled only by authorized staff in a monitored, restricted area — no phones or cameras allowed. You can send a frozen, zero-balance, or inactive card for added peace of mind.
We never ask for PINs, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive details, and all data is securely deleted after processing. We're a federally recognized corporation operating under U.S. Patent No. 12,045,679 B2.
Typical total turnaround is 5–6 business days. Your prepaid label gets the card to us in about 2 days, orders are fulfilled within 24–48 hours of arrival, and everything returns via FedEx Express.
We don't operate on weekends — cards arriving after 9:00 AM MST on Friday are processed Monday. Overnight, Economy, and Priority shipping options are available.
